  • 1 tbsp honey

  1. Peel and segment the grapefruit and oranges, removing any white pith and seeds.
  2. Place the arugula leaves in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the grapefruit and orange segments to the bowl.
  4. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese and chopped walnuts over the top of the fruit.
  5. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  6. Drizzle the dressing over the top of the salad, and toss gently to combine.
